Cranford resident appointed director of physical therapy at
Trinity Rehab’s Warren location
RED BANK, NJ (Feb. 27, 2020) – Cranford resident Nicholas Mazzone has been appointed as Director of Physical Therapy (PT) at Trinity Rehab’s Warren location. Trinity Rehab is an all-inclusive PT and rehabilitation company.
With experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports, and pediatrics, Mazzone’s focus is in strength conditioning. To help motivate patients, he educates on modern pain science concepts during PT sessions.
Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Mazzone is an adjunct assistant professor in the physical therapy department at the College of Staten Island. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University and holds a doctorate’s in physical therapy and a bachelor’s in health science — with a concentration in disability studies, and a minor in biology. A physical therapy blogger, Mazzone is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, where he lobbies on behalf of the profession.
