Akshi is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York and New Jersey with over a decade of experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University in India in 2007, followed by an MBA in Hospital Operations Management in 2010. Akshi received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University in 2026 and is a Lifetime Member of the Phi Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Graduate Honor Society.
Akshi has extensive experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions, including postoperative cases, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Her treatment approach incorporates evidence-based exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and patient education. She has also completed McKenzie Method coursework Parts A–D and is pursuing full certification.
Akshi’s treatment philosophy is patient-centered and focused on individualized care and education to help patients achieve their goals, maintain long-term wellness, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Akshi enjoys playing badminton and chess, reading, traveling, and photography.
