As a Physical Therapist in Toms River, NJ at Trinity Rehab Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions. Compensation: $80,000 – $102,000
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Clinical experience preferred, particularly in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or a related setting
- Specialty certification preferred (e.g., Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Sports Certified Specialist)
- Experience with advanced techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, or aquatic therapy
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to excel in a clinical environment
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Strong team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive work culture
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
