The Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will work in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting alongside a collaborative team of clinicians and support staff. You will evaluate and treat patients while leveraging innovative technology to improve efficiency and outcomes. Compensation: $80,000 – $102,000

Qualifications:

• DPT or equivalent licensure
• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (or equivalent)
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Comfort using technology to enhance patient care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
