Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 base salary + profit share and bonuses

Qualifications:

• DPT or MSPT from an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of New Jersey
• 2–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and overall management of the outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and treatments
• Drive clinic performance across patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards
• Leverage AI tools (AI Scribe, EMR Assistant, scheduling automation) to improve efficiency
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented clinic culture
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
• Mentor students and early-career therapists
• Collaborate with leadership on growth, marketing, and patient engagement strategies
