Compensation

Qualifications
- DPT or equivalent licensure
- Licensed or eligible to practice in New Jersey
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient-centered approach
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to varying schedules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology to enhance efficiency
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, or full days)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assess functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
- Engage in continuing education to stay current with best practices
