Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 base salary + profit share and bonuses

Qualifications:
- DPT or MSPT from an accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of New Jersey
- 2–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and overall management of the outpatient physical therapy clinic
- Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and treatments
- Drive clinic performance across patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Leverage AI tools (AI Scribe, EMR Assistant, scheduling automation) to improve efficiency
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented clinic culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Mentor students and early-career therapists
- Collaborate with leadership on growth, marketing, and patient engagement strategies
