Physical Therapist Job in Clifton, NJ – Trinity Rehab is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our innovative outpatient orthopedic clinic. Compensation: $80,000 – $102,000 annually, plus bonuses and incentives

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
• 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience (new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
• Comfort with integrating technology into patient care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation using AI-supported systems
• Collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
