Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- 2–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and overall management of the outpatient clinic
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff
- Perform evaluations and deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Drive clinic performance including patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on growth and excellence
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and community engagement initiatives
