Physical Therapist Clinic Director Job in Newtown, PA – Trinity Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic as a Clinic Director. Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 annually (Base + Profit Share + Bonuses)

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• 2–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and overall management of the outpatient clinic
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff
• Perform evaluations and deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Drive clinic performance including patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on growth and excellence
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and community engagement initiatives
