Charmil Desai, PT, DPT

As the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy, Charmil brings a wealth of experience, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. He earned his Bachelor’s in Science from Rutgers University and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont. With over three years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, Charmil has specialized in treating post-operative patients, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based manual therapy and functional movement strategies. In addition to treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, Charmil specializes in managing TMJ dysfunction, vestibular disorders, and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. He is currently pursuing certifications in dry needling and the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) designation to further enhance his skills and clinical impact. With a foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for helping others, Charmil leads with a focus on high-quality care and professional growth. Under his leadership, the clinic continues to thrive as a center for healing, innovation, and compassionate service.
